They were good to keep me updated with the process and the completion of the repair. They even cleaned the inside of my car prior to picking it up. I felt that was an above and beyond action that they were not required to do, but it was VERY appreciated and valued by myself. Hope I never have to have another repair, but if I did, or someone I know does, I will recommend TOK hands down 😀"
