I would recommend them because the paint job looked great but I would give people the heads up that the job my take longer than expected and to be prepared to put in the effort to be the one to maintain communication.

They did do an excellent job painting my car, you would never know that there was ever any damage.

I was impressed with how quickly the responded to my online inquiry and how they took the time to really understand what the damage was. They also did a great job working with my insurance company. But once they had my car, the communication fell short and the original 5 day estimate was far from accurate. I had to reach out to them to get updates and it kept getting pushed back. If I had known that it would take 14 days, I would have arranged a rent a car.

I am very satisfied with the work done at LM body shop. They were very prompt with giving the estimate and working with insurance and car rental company. I would have appreciated more if touch up paint was applied to other parts of the car (not just the damaged side) Also would be nice if they gave early status update. For example, they said that an ordered part was damaged in shipment and they had to order that again for work to start on my car, but they didn’t notify me until I called to check if the car was ready for pickup. It didn’t cause me a great inconvenience, since I had rental car coverage.
