I was involved in a bumper to bumper accident with very minor damage. My service advisor from Keyes MB referred me to LA Collision since they are a certified MB repair shop. I'm so glad repairs were done here as I was very pleased with the process and results. Initial Contact I was referred to Leo by Edvard at Keyes MB. Leo was not available at the time and Jared was in the office and was happy to help me. I explained what happened and he immediately checked out the vehicle and walked me through the process - the parts needed, insurance process and repair timeline Repairs Prior to repairs starting, Jared did a great job constantly following up with insurance to make sure everything was settled and good to go. Insurance is never easy to work with but Jared was consistent and persistent and he got the job done to get the repairs started. When it did, Jared made sure he updated with me via text every Tuesday and Thursday until my vehicle was ready. I also liked how they took the vehicle to the dealership to ensure sensors were recalibrated. The repairs took about two weeks. It could have been shorter but insurance took longer than expected. Results Upon pick up, Jared walked me through my vehicle, once again explained what was done and made sure I was happy with the appearance of the car. Loved that they offer a full detail with ceramic which was the cherry on top. Bumper sensors are working normally and car is like new again! I was pleased with my overall experience with LA Collision thanks to the excellent and above and beyond service from Jared. In general, all of the staff there seem great and they know what they are doing. Highly recommend to anyone, especially those who have a higher end car as they seem to be an expert in those types of vehicles.
