I had work done at the beginning of the year to replace the front of my vehicle after hitting a deer. I noticed shortly after that my air conditioner was squealing and it quit at the beginning of July. I brought the vehicle into Labadie Toyota Bay City to have the air-conditioning looked at and they said that the radiator that was installed at the collision shop was no longer working. They told me to take it to the collision shop and be advised by them on what to do so I did. I was told that they needed to reach out to Progressive Insurance to do an adjustment and get permission to make the necessary repairs and that they would call me to set up an appointment to bring the vehicle in. Over a week went by and I never heard anything and so I reached out two different times trying to find out what was going on, and they just kept saying that they would call me back and never did. I called again on July 30 and got in touch with Morgan who completely took charge at that moment and made magic happen. She got my vehicle in on Tuesday for the repairs and I had it back that day. I don’t know what was going on prior to working with Morgan, but I feel like the ball completely got dropped. I’m very thankful to Morgan for her assistance in getting this completed.
