Tail lights were not properly functioning after body work. Vehicle was not ready for pickup. After tail lights were fixed and put back into place. Connection wires were left exposed, and damaged due to tail light cover crushing wires. It is currently still like that. I am not willing to drive back up to the business to have it corrected. Will fix on my own. Vehicles should be properly looked over and inspected to ensure things were done properly.

I was so happy when I got my car back. Not only was it excellently repaired but you had detailed it is well. You also delivered it to my home because I had been temporarily incapacitated. That is definitely above and beyond. I was extremely happy with the loner that you gave me. All in all it was such a good experience that you have made a loyal customer out of me .
