The only downside is we never received a ph call when we were told we would. When we wanted an update I had to call.

I have had my car at labadie's Body Shop numerous times and it seems every time I've had two had it redone for something I've had paint work done but I've had a overspray left on the windshield I've had body work done now the lines in my hood don't match to my bumper I have use a liability for all my insurance claims that I've had but I'm starting to think I might have to go somewhere else to get quality work done

My responses are regarding my experience on my 2013 avalanche. The downshifting transmission problems were mis diagnosed causing me $1500 in unnecessary work, and the problem has not been resolved. I am told that it will be another 9 hours minimum in labor plus parts, although the estimate that I was promised has not been received, 12 days later. And, I have no confidence that the technician knows the solution to the real problem. I cannot invest more money into this problem when Labadie is not sure of the solution. Unsatisfied.
