Found LV Collision to be an excellent company to work with. Friendly, the whole staff, and very accommodating. They did what they said they would do in the time they said they would do it in. Kept me updated throughou the whole time. Returnd the care to me in pristine condition. Could not ask for a better job. I would definitely use them again, and will confidently recommend them.

Seldom do I take the time to complete surveys or write reviews, but in this case it is absolutely warranted. My experience with Lago Vista Collision was exceptional from start to finish. This repair was related to an insurance claim after my truck was hit by a delivery vehicle. Timing was extremely important for me because I only had about 10 days between the insurance company approving the repairs and my scheduled trip out of town. I was concerned that the timeline might be too tight, but Krissy at Lago Vista Collision immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to make it happen. Krissy coordinated with all the necessary parties, made the calls needed to get parts ordered quickly, and worked to adjust the repair schedule so everything could be completed in time. Throughout the entire process she kept me informed with regular text updates, which I really appreciated. It made a stressful situation much easier to manage. When I picked up my truck today, I was extremely impressed. The repair work was flawless—it looked just like it did the day I first picked it up from the dealership. I highly recommend Lago Vista Collision to anyone who needs honest, reliable, and high-quality collision repair service.
