Excellent customer service from initial drop off to pick up. Lake Charles Collision kept us very informed throughout the whole process and was right on time with the expected completion date too! We will definitely recommend and use them again in the future, they even provided top shelf service and cleaned our vehicle as well before we picked up, 10/10!
