I had such a great experience with Gerber Collision on Broad Street! I dropped my car off the day after my accident, they had the parts in the next week, and the following week I had my car back... a full week earlier than expected. My car looked phenomenal! You could tell they took their time making sure everything matched perfectly. And it’s the little things that really stood out, they washed my car and completely vacuumed it, even the trunk. After being stuck in a rental for two weeks, getting into my clean, beautiful car made me feel like a million bucks. Super easy to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with Gerber all the way through the process. They spend time evaluating what it is we were needing and what could be the possible causes and solutions and worked on the solution in that manner. We avoided ordering a costly part that we may not need and I was given updates as the repair went along. Your technician solved some electrical problems we had been having for quite a while and I have confidence the car will be running so much better. It is now safer and a better driving experience for my kids. Thank you for your help getting our car in much better shape!
