I don’t feel parts were changed. A plastic piece had a faded line that was to be replaced only to have the same exact faded line when I returned. It was an expensive fix to have a scratch buffed out with a rag and caraway while I stood in the parking lot.

My truck looks great, looks like new. I really appreciate the after hours help I received the day of the accident. My drivers side door wasn’t closing correctly because of the damage. The guys adjusted the front quarter panel so it closed properly. I wasn’t even a customer yet and they helped me prevent more damage after hours. That sealed the deal for me. I’m now a dedicated customer and will recommend Lakeside with confidence!!!

Customer service was great. The repairs were done wonderfully and done quickly. One thing, there was an additional charge and we were not called about it ahead of time. However, they truly made up for it by splitting the difference.
