I had the absolute best experience at Lakeside Collision. From the moment we walked in, Kim treated us like family. She was warm, professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the entire process. She even took the time to drive us to pick up our rental car, which was above and beyond anything we expected. Josh completed the repairs ahead of schedule, and the results were incredible. My car looks brand new! What impressed me even more was the attention to detail—he carefully put everything from my trunk back exactly where it belonged, neatly organized and cared for as if it were his own vehicle. The entire experience was seamless, stress-free, and exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and the team at Lakeside Collision delivered it every step of the way. Lakeside Collision did an excellent job repairing our SUV. They kept us up to date throughout the process and completed the job ahead of schedule. When we picked up the car it looked and smelled like new. They not only washed the outside, but the inside too! We highly recommend them!
