My initial interaction wasn’t pleasant. When I walked into the shop no one acknowledged me, they looked up and continued doing what they were doing until I spoke to inquiry about an estimate. The very next day I had interactions with Amen (sp)and he was very kind, friendly and accommodating. Once I started communicating with Amen (sp)I received top tier service. He kept me abreast of everything that was going on while my vehicle was being repaired, providing me with a timeline and expected completion date. I am throughly satisfied with the work that was done to my vehicle and I will definitely spread the word if anyone needs collision services
