My truck looks amazing and I was happy and very surprised when I got inside and realized they detailed the interior they did a beautiful job my only complaint is my head lights are not adjusted correctly the one is still pointing straight down at the ground

Would recommend if the customer knew what was wrong with car already. As a woman I already feel targeted not knowing anything about cars and the way my concern was dismissed without even having mechanic look at it was disappointing

Repair on bumper and exhaust shield Is fantastic. Was disappointed tho that I told them about a noise the car made after accident and it was still making noise when picked up and instead of saying let’s take a look they said it’s mechanical and not accident even though I didn’t hear it until the accident. Now I have to look for a place to do this and prepare to pay for testing when it should have been done by the ones I brought it to cuz it didn’t start until the accident. That was the only issue I had with them. The work that was done was great though

Friendly and informative. Again on my problem was them not even offering to look into noise that occurred after collision. Made me feel dismissed and like they did what they did now move on or like I was trying to get insurance to pay for an engine issue unrelated. Not a good feeling to have.
