I found the overall experience okay, but Amanda and the front was not a helpful person. She seemed as though she didn’t want to handle my car situation. Was very condescending and dismissive.

All work was done 100 percent perfect. the car was also cleaned to showroom clean.

I would of given this a 10, as the experience went great. One thing that didn't go well, is the price of the part. I was told the bumper (only part involved) was going to cost $280 and ended up costing about $200 more. I would think a bumper would be a simple thing to price, especially on a common car like I own.
