My car was returned to me and in my opinion, very little was done to it. I have to bring it back again today and am not sure what is going to happen. I am told it will take 15 to 30 minutes but that is impossible. Not sure who decided it was fixed like new but it is far from it. Disappointed is an understatement.

Dropped my car off 8/13, no updates were initiated by Lamettry. I called 8/18 got an estimated date. On 8/25 I received a call my car was ready. Also no notification was given when the cost changed and became lower than the estimate - customers should be notified so they have the option to pay out of pocket. I discussed this with the rep when I arrived. Sarah at the front desk was excellent.
