There was some scheduling discrepancies when I dropped off my vehicle to have it repair. Few days before I dropped off my car, I’d asked if it was ok to drop my car off by 4pm, the front desk confirmed that is fine. So the day I brought it in, the employee informed me that I was supposed to dropped my car earlier at 10am that day. But I don’t recall agreeing to that so I thought it was odd?
