I’m disappointed with the overall experience. My vehicle was at the shop for over a month, and there were several communication issues along the way. I specifically mentioned the parking sensor issue at drop-off, but it wasn’t addressed until the post-repair scan at the end. I also requested a separate estimate for paint scratches but never received a written estimate. I chose this shop because it is Kia certified, so I expected better communication and follow-through. There were also issues with getting the replaced parts back and, after pickup, the shop was unable to locate the rental car key that I had handed to the receptionist. The GM was courteous and tried to help, but overall the experience was very frustrating.

The staff were generally courteous, but the communication and follow-through were disappointing. I had to repeatedly follow up on issues I had already raised, and there were several instances where information I provided at drop-off apparently wasn’t communicated to the people handling the repair.
