I was worried as it was my first collision claim and wasn't sure of the entire process and what to expect. The staff communicated with me well throughout the whole process of dropping off my car, what they'll be handling, and keeping me updated. It felt good to know the staff would handle everything with the insurance and provide constant updates as the process moved along. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for bodywork repairs through insurance claims.
