Quality of work was great but the customer service needs improvement! It has fallen from where it used to be, unfortunately. This is my 2nd repair.

Many times when I called the shop during normal business hours, I would get an answering machine and never get a call back, despite leaving a message. Towards the end of the repair process, the customer service was much more responsive. But, overall, I have to say I was disappointed with not being able to get someone on the phone during normal business hours many times. It seems like they are either understaffed or not very attentive.
