From start to finish the horrible experience of being rear-ended was made bearable by LeMettrys service and repair work. They worked with the insurance company and kept me updated along the way. The finished bodywork was excellent. I was very pleased. And it didn't take as long as I thought it would. This is the very reason why I told the insurance company I only want LeMettrys to work on my car.

I’d recommend them for the exceptional repair quality but I would advise other customers to make sure to take even the most basic personal belongings out of your car. Clean out the vehicle as if you’re preparing it for sale. LaMettry’s WILL touch your belongings.

The repair quality was outstanding, and I’m very pleased. However, they left a mess in my trunk. It was drenched with water from a spray bottle that I had back there (that I has locked and fully secured upon drop-off so that it would not come open). Please be more careful with other people’s personal belongings.

It was very good, and I especially appreciated the hot cocoa in the waiting area. However, I really miss the snacks you used to have. You used to provide free granola bars etc., and that truly makes an enormous positive difference when you’re in an upsetting situation with a car that was recently involved in an accident.
