Jason was great to work with through the process, kept me up to date on things and was able to get my vehicle back Friday afternoon so I didn’t have to pay for the rental all weekend. Shout out to the car washer/detailer who washed my car 3x! Sorry about all the mud!

Overall service and customer experience was great!! Jon did a great job keeping me informed along the entire way and even went above and beyond to get me the are on Friday vs having to wait until Monday. My only concern was that there are a couple of rough edges and tiny bubbles on some of the edges of the paint

The process was very smooth, and I am grateful. My only suggestion is related to communication clarity. I was unsure whether the text messages I received allowed for a response. Having that clarity upfront would have been helpful. At times I had questions but did not know who to direct them to, so I ended up calling the main number.
