the only hiccup came with scheduling. the scheduler wanted me to bring the car in on a Wed even tho the part wasn't in and they couldn't tell me when it was going to be in. They said maybe Thursday. Why would i leave my car for multiple days if i don't have to?

I was told that disassembly and assessment would begin the day that I brought it in, then received a text the following day saying that they were about to begin. The rep also informed me that she would be out of office on Friday and Monday. When I called the number I was given to get information on those days it either wasn't answered or I was redirected to her voicemail saying that she was out of office. When I finally was able to get a hold of her on Tuesday she said that they were still waiting on the assessment. It wasn't until Friday, when my car had been in the shop for 9 days, that I received any information on the estimated completion date
