It was a nice surprise that our vehicle was done ahead of schedule, until I went to pick it up and discovered that all of the damage had not been repaired which was very easy to see and that during the repairs the paint had been chipped. I pointed out the unrepaired damage to Ivan whom was assisting with the pickup being Caitlin was already gone for the day. Ivan said I could just take my vehicle and call Caitlin, my handler at LaMettry’s regarding the issues. I declined and said no I want the vehicle to stay and the issue addressed before I will pickup the vehicle. I also noticed the paint chip but wanted to review the photos to be sure I just hadn’t noticed it before bringing in my vehicle for repairs. I reviewed the estimate photos, confirmed the chip was indeed not there and was done by LaMettry’s during the repair. I called immediately and explain this all to Ivan, he said he had just sent an email to Caitlin so I needed to call her in the morning to address. I asked him if he couldn’t just send an amendment email and he said no. I immediately sent a text to Caitlin so she would have it first thing in the morning I texted Caitlin explaining the damage not done as well as the chipped paint. Caitlin replied the next morning said the unrepaired damage and the chip would be addressed and when when she would be back in touch etc. I received a text message stating the work was done and my vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick up my vehicle and was driving in I was disappointed to find my vehicle parked half way in a parking spot and half in the driveway, not something I would have expected at all, the vehicle next to it was parked properly. Again, it was after Caitlin’s day had ended so Ivan once again assisted me. He was going to go check the vehicle himself and I told him no I wanted to inspect it as well. I expected that I would need to sign papers to confirm the work was completed…only to find out no signature was required. I will say that the vehicle was washed and vacuumed which was a very nice touch. It is quite disturbing that very visible damage was not taken care of and they chipped the paint during the repair and didn’t even address/own it and take care of it without me insisting on it. I would not have been upset but instead would have respected LaMettry’s if they would have. It really makes me wonder what wasn’t done/repaired etc. that was below the surface that I couldn’t see.

Seems to be a good repair. I'm concerned about the front bumper. There is a gap on both sides where it attaches to the car. Ian says it's fine so I'm going with that. I did though take pictures. Time will tell if it is a good repair.
