The only complaint I have is that messages were addressed to my husband when I was the one who dealt with everything. He has Alzheimer’s. I signed all the paperwork and communicated with the staff.

This was the only shop id take my car. We have ties to this company and trusted them 100%. That was a mistake.

My fog light has already fallen out. That prompted me to take a look at the repairs. I've spent less than 5 minutes looking it over and have already found that the bumper is loose on the passanger side. The headlight does not line up with the grill. It looks like there is a run in the paint on the driver's fender. Im sure there is going to be more. Im very disappointed.

The communication about my vehicle was great. Matt was super helpful however I don’t think it should have taken 3 1/2 weeks for my car to be done when all that needed to be replaced with the bumper. I think the technicians and the painters should have moved faster.
