LaMettry’s in Lakeville did a fantastic job on our vehicle. We needed our front fender replaced and passenger door repaired. Both look fantastic and the paint match is perfect.

Very happy with the customer service. Stacy was such a pleasure to work with and really helped me understand the whole insurance process as this was our first time dealing with this. Myal was also fantastic to work with and super professional. He always kept me updated with progress even if we were still waiting to hear from insurance. I was always kept in the loop and they completed the job very promptly given the circumstances. Hopefully we won’t need to work with them on any collision repairs in the future, but in case we do, they will be my first choice!

Great to work with. Helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond. I had a headlight replaced. The shop buffed the other headlight to make the vehicle look better. This type of customer focus is the reason I use LaMettrys.

I would recommend based on the cosmetic work I can see, but advise that they won't have a vehicle for awhile.

I can't see the repairs made that aren't visible from just standing behind the vehicle and I don't know cars. So even if I could, I am not sure what the damage to the impact bar and muffler would have done in the long run. Otherwise, I am super happy with all the other cosmetics I can see.

Everyone I talked to was very nice, personable, and knowledgeable. The only thing i could not get was a consistent timeframe. The accident was almost two months ago at this point.
