The quality of the work is excellent. Andy was in regular communication. And the front desk team was on point, friendly and professional. The only unpleasant moment was when I brought the vehicle in, still distraught from having a just-purchased vehicle vandalised, and was asked multiple questions to check out whether or not the damage was done by my garage door. It was not. I couldn’t provide proof without a forensic specialist checking the mark on the fin antenna and then confirming it was not my garage door (or a tree). Not to mention that I only backed out of my garage door once since purchasing the vehicle, and the door was fully open when I backed out, and I was never near trees during the one day the car was out. I understand this may be a normal part of the intake process, but thankfully it’s not a situation I’ve ever been in and hopefully won’t be again any time soon. The bottom line is that your team deserves the excellent reputation it has. Thank you!
