While the repairs look great, it took way longer than anticipated (32 days). They also replaced things that didn't need replacing and caused damage to my truck bedliner (that didn't have any). Almost three weeks later I'm STILL trying to get that resolved.

Getting someone to respond to the bedliner damage in a timely manner has been abysmal. Nearly three weeks after I sent all the info they requested and still no resolution.
