I’m already stressed out without a car, on top of that I’m unable to get a loaner. The least LaMettry’s can do is keep me up to date about my car and the repair progress. I believe I should get an update (automated, email, text) every 2 days to once a week instead of me always asking for an update and at times I’m not even responded to. It should include a photo or video update. My car for was at LaMettry’s for 1 month and two weeks and all I got was 4 updates with me pressuring.
