Overall they did great work on the repair, the blend was done well, I didn't see any runs or dirt nibs in the clear coat etc. Andy was amazing and kept me updated as the repair happened.

Let me start off with by saying...Andrea and Andy are the bee's knees. (I am sure the other staff is amazing, but they're who I worked with). Andrea is a great face in the front helping right as you walk in. She is kind, knowledgeable and courteous of any and all questions. When I dropped off my vehicle it was Andy's time to shine. He was so informative and his willingness to make sure I had any and all questions answered are unparalleled. My vehicle was at the shop for about 40 days (no fault of LaMettry, insurance takes time as well as parts, working in a shop prior helped me understand this) and throughout that time period Andy was constantly checking in and updating me every step of the way. When I picked up my car I was thrilled with the work, the attention to detail is amazing. I would and recommend anyone to get their vehicle repaired at LaMettry. They put me at ease and let me relax while they did all the hard parts like dealing with insurance etc. I recommend with 2 thumbs up and if you get Andrea and Andy then you're in for a treat because they treat you like you're the only person they're helping.

I would like to start off with saying I worked with Andrea and Andy primarily and they are AMAZING. Andrea is a welcoming, bubbly, knowledgeable face to have at the front. She helped and reassured me that everything would be taken care of as far as rental, repairs etc. And she was right! When I dropped off my vehicle everything was taken care of and ready for me. That's when Andy came into the picture and he is absolutely fantastic. He was super attentive to every question I had, and he has something about him that just puts you at ease. My vehicle was at LaMettry for over 40 days (at no fault to LaMettry or anyone working, insurance takes time). But throughout the entire process I was kept in the loop and I would recommend LaMettry to any and everyone.
