The service was good. I had to call to find out the status of my truck, instead of them calling me after 5 days. Also was told they would detail my truck and when I showed up then vehicle was still dirty but had tire shine on the tires.

Took three weeks to replace a tail light, cover and buff out to scratch, completely embarrassing terrible customer service

I was the one calling in as you kept putting back the day of pick up. I would call on a Tuesday for a Wednesday pick up and the people would tell me we’re gonna need another week. This happened multiple times over three weeks. It took to get this repair repaired.

Kelly and the team made it the experience very satisfactory. They did a great job cleaned up the truck when they were done. It looked beautiful when I got it back and everything is working. We had lots of electrical issues.
