Lack of communication, I received a link that would allow me to track progress the day after I picked the vehicle up. I was never told it would take 5-6 weeks until 3 weeks into the process by the women up front.

Asked for the keys to be put in the truck and locked so I could pick up after hours. Open the vehicle and no keys, luckily there was one person still inside that gave me the keys. I asked what I would have done if I had arrived later and he was gone, his reply was wouldn’t have mattered since they lock the gates. Another good piece of information to know prior.
