Customer Service

I particularly appreciated Addy at the front desk explaining things to us, and Ryan the Manager giving me a discount on my portion of the repair. Thank you!

You guys were recommended to me by a couple people and being good-this was before i realized you were attached to Ford-which being a Ford it was where I wanted to go anyhow-I figure this was perfect. My coworker did his at his dealership so I figured Id do the same. Super dissappointing.

I've been pondering this since I got my truck back. I had to pick it up while raining and it was already outside in the rain when I arrived-so I couldnt really see anything. Now that the snow is melting and I microfiber wiped down my truck-My hood looks horrible-theres little chips everywhere. Now-I know there was a ton of spray paint all over my truck-and my truck is 16 years old so even clean-the finish looked great-but it was still 16years old paint. I really wish someone wouldve told me about expectations and risks of doing this- and/or as they were doing it and saw they were exposing underneath-I feel I should've been told/explained/shown. Instead -I was told 1st time they needed to go at the buffing a second time -so I was so excited to see my truck all buffed and shiny. Instead I have a hood that instead of paint white dots I have shiny white marks-especially on my hood. No one explained any of this to me-just come get it thank you. In my work if I run into a problem/expectation changing situation-I stop and talk to the customer before proceeding I really wish that had happened here. I get its an older truck-but it was black and shiny before my neighbors hit it with overspray...and now the paint is gone but shiny with white spots and cracks-so now Im just frustrated with the whole situation and probably need my hood painted. Please keep people in the loop better. At least my expectations wouldve been tempered or maybe after first round if given the choice and known the risks-i may have said it was fine dont buff anymore. Who knows-I wasnt given the oppertunity. Sorry if this is harsh but I just saw it in direct sun for the first time and i'm just so upset.

Customer Service

Great at first -but no one explained any risks of this-only risk was they might not get all the paint off everywhere. And certainly no one reached out to say "hey we may be getting down into the paint might show some undercoat through the black-would you like to come see and we can see how you want to proceed" this would've been huge
