It took longer than expected to complete the repair. This was mostly due to LaMettry's having to submit a request for additional payment for the repairs. It would be nice if LaMettry's could just look at the car and come up with an estimate and submit that to the insurance company at the beginning of the process.

Thought you guys did a wonderful job in the three areas that matter most to me. First, the quality of work and expectations I have for my vehicle were met. Second, the communication and updates were often as well as detailed. Finally, customer service was always present from everyone I hd the opportunity to interface with from the front desk , to the inspection, and to final review were all perfect.
