Andy and Kate met us on November 10th at LaMettry to assess what needed to be done to repair the scratches on my Toyota. Kate was shadowing Andy. Andy invited us to sit down while they an examined the damage. When they came back in we all went out to hear what needed to be done. Andy was very thorough and explained why and how the repair would be done. He was very clear about the process. We were told it would possibly be 2+ weeks for the repair. We were offered information about car rental which we decided to think about. Exactly one week later, to the day, we got a call from Greg saying the car was ready. What a lovely surprise! We met Greg within the next 30 minutes and it was wonderful, fun, and had the bonus of a magic pen that completely removed ANY trace of a scuff. Greg was delightful as were Andy and Kate! We are thrilled by the professional people and remarkable restoration at LaMenttry! Thank you!

LaMettry’s provided an excellent experience. I had two different people recommend them one being the Audi dealership and the other being another body shop in the area. I had an EV and they are known for being the best in the twin cities for repair on EV cars. I was given a quote and an estimated time and they came in at the price and time they said they would. I was communicated with throughout the process with updates and decisions to make, making the process easy. I highly recommend LaMettry’s to anyone for their services.
