Front license plate holder was not reattached and was left in the car. So was the Hybrid logo, it was off the car and inside the vehicle. And, I thought I was to get a couple of the small problems on the driver door and other small things buffed out but none of that happened. But the front end work looks great.

Repair work is great. I was kept abreast of progress on a regular basis. The work was timely and ready when promised. Vehicle was clean when picked up and was advised on how to maintain until paint was set. Great job all the way around.

there’s trash in the paint “bubbles” around the gas door and other places. granted the paint isn’t perfect to begin with but it wasnt like that when it went in even with damage. You can also see the seam sealer that was used for rear wheel well or quarter panel ran over and was painted over and if it was painted over it ran over and was left. The rim was hit in the accident I understand there was prior damage so that didn’t get covered, but there was a “4 wheel alignment” performed or so you claim which is a lie. The ecentrics in the rear have not moved at all, nor are there any marks from loosening or tightening ANY adjustable points on the vehicle. Where bumper and quarter panel meet under tail lights do not line. The inside is absolutely filthy with dust I understand it’s a body shop and it’s dusty but what happened to the quick sweep out the car was ready almost spotless for you to work on efficiently. I’m glad this was covered by insurance and didn’t come out of my pocket.
