Although satisfied, I was mildly disappointed with a delay as parts were not received prior to scheduling my appointment. As it turned out a few hours work as determined by the adjuster’s estimate turned into more than a week without my vehicle. Upon initial inspection completely satisfied with the work that was done when finished.

Lancaster Collision Center did the repairs just fine. They had an issue with the part being damaged which was shipped to them. But I have been hearing from the auto repair industry of damaged parts being shipped to them. So, I have no issues with them. The only slight issue was State Farm telling me that I had to use their preferred auto body repair or wait weeks. We could not wait weeks due to the bumper falling off from the incident.
