Everything was great with the exception of you return my vehicle with no washer fluid and the undercarriage part that was replaced seems a lesser quality than the original one that was on my vehicle. It appears more brittle than original, but maybe that’s how the part is now.

My wife bought her vehicle there for a second time for the same repair. I went to pick her up in my 2025 Denali pickup. The holes in the parking lot were full of water and about swallowed my pickup. I said to her I would never take my vehicle there and next time I would drive my lifted hunting truck to pick her up . Then she gets her vehicle back with the problem still not fixed . She called them out on it and they told her she would have to bring it back again and possibly make another insurance claim on it . Really ? Who is doing quality control. The vehicle has been sent out twice the same way and the insurance has already paid for the amount you requested.
