I would recommend the body shop based on the quaility of the body work but I would warn my friends not to expect regular updates, and that getting thru to the shop people is difficult.

The quality of the actual repair was good but I wasn’t happy with some aspects of the customer service.

Took way too long, trim issues, it was filthy and my window was left opened for God knows how long.

Staff was nice enough. But would tell me my vehicle would be ready on a particular day (after I call to confirm) and then they just don’t hold up to their word. I can understand a few delays, but I kept getting “it’ll be ready tomorrow” for 2.5 weeks.

Since the car was shuttled between the Chevrolet and Mercedes dealerships no one really owned the repair. Had it not been for help from Greg Horton at Mercedes it still wouldn’t be done. Greg owned it and got it done even though it wasn’t his problem.
