The employees and technicians were friendly and professional. I gave a 9 because our vehicle was making a noise as soon as we picked it up and after purchasing tires, the noise was still there. Upon inspection from Goodyear, it was determined that the Landers McClarty technicians forgot to tighten one of the areas of the suspension. But overall, we are satisfied and will still recommend the company to others.
