I was told two weeks for turn around time. I was called less than two days later stating the job was conpleted. Thrilled with that time frame, but given the initial two weeks, I spent the first day shopping around for the best rental car deals since you don't provide a loaner and insurance won't cover it because it is not accident related.

I could not have asked for a better experience! Tony was extremely transparent with me through the whole process, even telling me when my total increased by $5. The team did the job very quickly and my car looks brand new again. My quote was also lower than other autobody shops and nearly right on target. I will certainly come back should I need body work done again. Thank you for the amazing job.

Not happy a true Honda part was not used on the wheel well molding. The reveal between fender and bumper is nit as straight as it was prior the accident

Will need to return for adjustments/ corrections for some features/issues with various parts/programming of vehicle. While the outside of the vehicle was clean fine dust (assume paint sanding) was found inside vehicle areas. Just letting you know since we really think the overall job was well done.

Working with the receptionist, Amanda, and the Collision Specialist, Tony Morgan, made an unhappy situation seem less weighty. Both good communicators and always had an answer for any of our questions! Always very courteous and helpful; Tony even took the time to clean several finger smudges off the liner and seats! Super guy!
