I would say more like 9+. The energy that your staff were expending to show courtesy to me as well as keep me frequently updated and well informed were impressive and much appreciated. Your staffs' original target delivery date ended up being delayed due to a repair part arriving late. But this was understandably beyond their control.e

My experience wasn't bad. But it wasn't worth telling someone about either.

In general the work is fine and the my truck was repaired as expected. There are a few things that I was not happy wiht. 1) I was called and told my truck would be ready at 9 am on Saturday. When I arrived at 10. It was not ready. The tonneau cover was not on. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes. 2) When I went to pay for my part. I was told only needed to pay for 250 of the 500 deductible. The reason was I didn;t get charged for the spray-in liner because the couldn't match the color. It is BLACK... Also, I would have preferred to have been notified of this PRIOR to picking up the truck and given the option to have it redone or allow for the discount.. I was not informed nor given a chioice.

They could have provided better communiction in the process. When I dropped the truck off. I was told I would receive a call that day with an estimated cost and completion date. I never did receive a call. I had to call myself 4 days later.
