This was an extremely satisfying experience! I aways dread dealing with vehicle repairs, because I’m a senior woman who doesn’t know anything about cars! Nick was very patient & polite as he walked me through the process of recovering & repairing my car after it was vandalized in the process of an attempted auto theft. Felt communication was lacking based on expected return time, rental was based on that, vehicle wasn't ready until Friday mid day causing a whole extra day of rental, which was paid out of pocket.

We were overall satisfied with the repair. There was some sealant or glue left on the lower right bumper reflector that should have been cleaned up before releasing the van back to us. We were also given one timeline for repairs when we brought in the van - late Wednesday to early Thursday - but then the tracker gave us a timeline of end of day Friday. If we had been told late Friday was the realistic completion in the first place, we might have been happier with the process.
