The only complaint I have is that your AI phone system wasn’t very reliable! It never told that you were closed on Saturday’s! I called your AI number, it told my car was ready to get picked up. So I turned in loaner and went over to pick up my vehicle and you guys were closed! So I was without a car for two days. Made me really mad!

The whole team from start to finish really did a great job in making sure the job was done and done right. Marco and Cheryl really went above and beyond with everything that was happening and going on and really explained the reasoning behind the whole process.
