they did a nice job repairing our car, but instead of the 11 days they calculated for repairs, it took over 1 1/2 months to get our car back, which became a real inconvenience for us. When I would inquire what was taking so long, I was told they were waiting for parts or paint to dry or other things. Sometimes when I went to the shop, my car was in parts and they were working on another job instead of completing my car. I was very upset about the extended time it was taking to get the repairs done.

I noticed a slight dent on the right rear fender and a smaller one on the left rear fender. I don't know why the body technician did notice it when he fixed the bumper and rear fender. I didn't noticed it when I inspected it in the shade. It's noticeable in the light. The body technician should have inspected the whole rear end and sides before starting to work on the the vehicle. The paint job is very good.

The work done seems to good so far. But, I'd also include that communication is nonexistent and the time of completion was almost twice as long as I was informed it would be.
