My car was much later than originally promised. I was promised over and over that it would be done and that was never the case. I also didn't feel like I had any control over what was being done on my car and the updates were vague and not helpful.

My car took 10 days longer than they originally promised. I was told everyday that it would be done "tomorrow" and it wasn't. They were also really hard to get in touch with and made decisions about my car without me.
