I would just give people a warning that parts can be an issue and make it take longer than expected.

Repair qualitiy as far as I can tell is a 10 and the calibration is good so far because I had a check engine light on and now it isn’t there…yay! so I’m happy about that. The part I was disappointed about was the problem with all the parts coming in poor condition and it took so long to get my car repaired..
