The repair on the vehicle was excellent; it looks new (and it was with only 42 miles on it when it got hit). A minor point but it was returned smelling of a "rental car" type cleaner. The new car smell is totally overwhelmed. Maybe a less pungent cleaning agent would be nice. Also, there was a fair amount of bonding agent powder in the trunk and tailgate area that should have cleaned up.

they left the car in the rain with the sun roof open so the 4wd switch is broken and they didn't wash the car before giving it back to us - not a huge deal, just surprised us
