My car looks PERFECT!! Ricky was amazing, he kept in touch, answered all my questions, he was a great middleman between four people. He always contacted me in a timely manner. The rest of the team that I dealt with were very nice and helpful and always relayed a message to Ricky when he wasn’t in the office.

I’m satisfied so far. Unfortunately I had to get surgery the day after I got my vehicle back so I can’t use my car and I won’t have the opportunity to notice of anything is actually off with it but so far things seem good.

First and foremost, I would like to think Mike who help me personally throughout the entire process of the repair of my truck. Not only did he keep me informed the ongoing circumstances and hiccups of the repair, but he also kept me posted via telephone about any problems that arose with the insurance company and parts, etc., extremely thorough on his part, thank you very much, Mike. This is why I always bring my vehicle, if in fact I ever need this kind of repair to Toyota Collision it is also why I tell everybody whether or not they own a Toyota or not to take their vehicle to Toyota Collision when in need, without second thought.
