The repair was well done and the delay was not their fault. They received damaged bumpers twice which took 5 extra days.

The repair was fixed well but I had to be the one to continually follow up rather than my rep contacting me. Even after I called for an update and was told I would get a call back I had to be the one to call back after a couple of days. The front desk people were great.

The estimated time of completion for the job I was given three days. I assumed it would be a quick fix, but I was told it would be extensive work and would take a few days so I had to set up a rental through my insurance dropped off my car, and got a text message the next day by 9 AM saying my car was done already. I didn’t really need to get a rental car but aside from that I went to go pick it up on my lunch break and it was left in the parking lot with the sun and moonroof open so my seats were extremely hot, and it was filthy. It wasn’t clean at all. I spent an hour cleaning it and then I brought it back to the body shop after I noticed damage on the exterior of the car I was told no work was done on the outside of my car and they could not have been the cause , and I should’ve brought my car back for them to yell at detailer. Anywhere else would have brought the car to me in the lobby instead of having me walk around the hot parking lot to find it myself and they would have seen the condition my car was in. It was rushed never cleaned communication, service, and customer service were all bad I wouldn’t come here again.
