Work was done well. I hated that I had to pay 3 more days than promised on a rental car d/t your not getting the right parts the first and second times. the rental car company said that even though they had no part in the delay of getting my vehicle back, they gave me a 30% discount on my rental for the entire period. I like that they took accountability for someone elses issue. I can also understand that this may be out of your control, but it seems that getting the correct part was problematic.

Gal at front desk was not pleasant at all. Most likely efficient, but I felt as though she could care less about me or my situation. The text communication felt very impersonal for sure. Hard to communicate and understand with just texting. Efficient maybe but I need personal touch vs electronic.
