Chips in the paint on hood that should have been sanded and prepped before paint were simply painted over and some chips around headlamps could have been painted as well even though there was no collision damage to the fenders.Just the extra step when in such close proximity would have been good customer service. I've been a loyal customer and will remain so, but That would have been nice along with the hood chips being treated properly.
